Ohio State Waterski Team Purchases Newer Team Boat!

The Ohio State University Waterski Team Updated Boat - ExteriorOn April 28th, the Ohio State University Waterski Team (Facebook | Instagram) purchased a 2011 Centurion Carbon Pro. The team recently sold their 1994 Malibu Echelon, which had become more of a hassle than an asset, with different problems arising almost every week. After years of fundraising and months of searching, the team found a boat that seems to be a perfect fit. The Carbon Pro’s engine is brand new, having been recently replaced, so the team hopes to be able to run the boat for a long time before needing an upgrade. To the excitement of the team, the boat also happens to be red and gray, the colors of Ohio State!

The Ohio State University Waterski Team Updated Boat - InteriorThe team has also recently purchased a used boat lift, and is in the process of fixing it up and making it suitable for the new Centurion. These purchases could not have been made without the generous donations from friends and family, and hard work of current and previous team leaders. Thank you to everyone who contributed!

The team is still in the process of paying everything off, and appreciates all donations! Visit our Go Fund Me page to see progress on our fundraising as well as reward levels for various donation sizes! You can also keep up with the OSU team through the OSU Waterski Facebook page and the waterski team’s website.
