Division 1: Women’s Trick
Division 1: Men’s Jump

The schedule was developed and modified based on experiences encountered across several years of NCWSA Nationals with two divisions and twenty-four teams. Note that lake 1 and lake 2 are general references used by the NCWSA for hosting a two lake Nationals, and the names do not necessarily correspond to what the LOC would refer to as lake 1 and lake 2 at their site.

Start Times Removed

Start times have been removed from the Nationals’ Standards, and should be set by the NCWSA Nationals tournament committee which always includes at least one NCWSA Board member.

Although mandated start times have been removed from the standards, they will continue to be posted on the individual years’ nationals schedule page. Most days will still start at or just after sunrise (usually around 7 AM) on one or both lakes. Given the tournament committee’s knowledge of local sunrise and sunset times and issues, the chosen times will still attempt to avoid having a single division skiing on both lakes at the same time.

Sunset Rule Removed

The sunset rule that split Division 1 Men’s Slalom up if sunset was approaching before the event could finish has been removed from the standards with the new schedule.
