Scholarships
There are several opportunities available for NCWSA Student Athletes to use scholarship funding to help finance their college careers.

Each spring, six $1,500 scholarships are available through the American Water Ski Educational Foundation. Several of these scholarships are awarded to NCWSA skiers every year. Any USA Water Ski member who is a student currently enrolled full time at any accredited University in the United States and is an incoming sophomore, junior, or senior is eligible to apply. Applications are due each March 1st for the following ski year. For more information and an application go to http://www.waterskihalloffame.com

Through generous contributions from our towboat sponsors, the NCWSA is also able to provide four $1500 team development scholarships every year. Each NCWSA Region receives either the Correct Craft Scholarship, Mastercraft Scholarship, Malibu Scholarship, or Ed Walker Memorial Scholarship to award based on the criteria developed by that region’s Board of Directors. Contract your Regional Chairman for more information on the availability of these scholarships.

In addition to the scholarships above, several NCWSA Teams have the ability to provide various academic and athletic scholarship opportunities to student athletes. Contact the Regional Chairman in the region you are interested in for more information on programs that currently have the ability to provide financial assistance to skiers.
