| 2010 NCWSA All-Stars ready to go! |
|
The lake is set. The judges are in place. The boats are gassed up. The water is glass. The athletes have arrived. The time has come for the 2010 NCWSA All-Stars. The West Region is hosting for the first time since 2007, when they hosted an epic All-Stars at Borderline Lake in Blaine, Washington. Not only did they host that year, but they also snagged the All-Star team title in the process. The Midwest Region has ruled since that event, currently on a 2-year winning streak. The Midwest were victors when they hosted in DuQuoin Illinois in 2008 and they also won in 2009 in the East Region at Beaver Lake in Ahoskie, North Carolina. That was the first time that the non-hosting region had won all-stars in 6 years. Will the Midwest Region make it a three-peat? Will the West Region defend home-water and win their 2nd All-Star title in 4 years? Will the South Central put together a talent-filled team that can swipe the title away? Will the East Region win their first title since 2005? The only thing for sure is that the conditions will be great and the competition will be fierce.
