The Connelly NCWSA Collegiate Water Ski National Championships page has been updated with information for the 2017 Nationals in October. Bennett’s Water Ski & Wakeboard School was a proud sponsor of the 2017 NCWSA All-Stars tournament this past weekend at Bullneck Lake in Scott, Arkansas, and they look forward to hosting the Connelly 2017 NCWSA Nationals at Tri-Lakes from October 19th through the 21st of 2017.
Notable Nationals Changes
- NCWSA Tournament Rulebook has been updated to mandate a runoff to determine event champions at Nationals and All-Stars. The rule and format is defined within the tournament rulebook.
- The Nationals tournament schedule has been modified.
- NCWSA Nationals Standards will specifically outline the circumstances for moving the entirety of the last round of Division 1 men’s slalom due to sunset/darkness, and the standards will outline when the event will be moved to.
- Division 2 tricks has been moved to Friday.
- Division 2 slalom has been moved to Saturday.

I am Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago. I earned my Ph.D. from the University of California, Riverside and Bachelor's and Masters from Marquette University. I skied collegiately at Marquette and in 2009 I received the NCWSA Outstanding Leader Award. I was NCWSA Operations Committee Chair for 7 years, and the NCWSA Secretary for 8 years.
