USA Water Ski Foundation

2017 Michael Gerken Equipment Grant Winners

The Michael Gerken Equipment Grant was established in honor of Michael Gerken, a member of the Iowa State University water ski team. Its goal is to provide young student athletes of limited financial means the opportunity to purchase water ski equipment to continue to compete in water skiing in addition to their college studies.  More information about the grant can be found on the USA Water Ski Foundation’s website.  The March 15, 2017 deadline for other USA Water Ski Foundation scholarships is quickly approaching, don’t forget to apply!

The 2017 winners of the Michael Gerken Equipment Grant are Jack Ralph and Mark Anderson!
